About the business and the role
Harris Trade Plumbing Supplies is a leading supplier of plumbing products to the trade industry through 8 branch locations around Melbourne.
We require a full time DRIVER to join the team at our BAYSWATER branch to assist our busy team in a great working environment. The position gives an opportunity for someone to enjoy a stable position with job security while working with a friendly close-knit team.
Hours Monday – Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm
Saturday [every 2nd] 8.00am to 12.00pm

Job tasks and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Delivery of stock to customers on site
- Supplier pickups and drop offs
- Some heavy lifting and manual lifting
- Taking orders over the phone with confidence
- Understanding and using the PROSTIX computer system the company uses
- General warehouse duties such as:
- Forklift operation
- Housekeeping
- Picking & Packing orders accurately & promptly
- Stock Re-ordering
- Receiving and storage of supplier goods
Skills and experience
The Successful Applicant must meet the following criteria

- Able to follow instructions and work unsupervised
