  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

#REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience as an Operations Manager you would have managed a team of ten or more previously
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Tasks - Provide technical support for RVMs in QLD    
  • Manage Day to day running, business growth, customer support, technical support. Brand and company promotion. Maintain equipment, parts sourcing and inventory.          
  • Answer technical questions from internal and external customers and provide a solution.
  • Writing technical procedures, coaching and development.
  • A "go to man" when help is required.
  • Drive new growth with exploring new avenues in CDS recycling.           
  • Skills - Technical, Customer Support, Internal Support, Problem solving, Planning, liaise with contractors on new projects.     
  • Goals - To develop a working model of container recycling, both depot and RVM, that could be dropped into any state and would work from the off. This would need all depts. to be involved with tweaking and streamlining the current working formats, documenting the procedures to produce an Envirobank model. There would also have to be R&D to test new ideas and concepts and report whether they are workable. The whole concept would have to be completed before the next state comes on board, with further adjustments to ideas once in progress. This working model is then ready to push into the next state with very little work from Envirobank, apart from following set procedures and steps to implement the scheme. This would benefit EB staff by reducing workloads because everything is in place.
  • Implement the "5S" into Envirobank. Everyone from yard hands up to Managers can work together to develop a solid working structure. Whether it is throwing out that old box you have been sweeping round every day, or using the old doc off the system because you didn't have time to change it last time or developing a rule in the depot/office that everyone now knows but didn't ask before. Time is required by everyone to make a note of something in their everyday work day that needs changing or improving. Then working as a team to assist each other, when someone may be time poor, to make the changes and improvements that will benefit the Envirobank Goal.
