Your new role
You will be responsible for collecting and transporting products from a customer’s premises and delivered as advised, working in a safe and responsible manner. You will be a positive contributor and embrace their inclusive culture and values, and be rewarded with the opportunity to work in a highly motivated team within a stable industry. Some of your daily duties will include carrying out pre-start checks on vehicles, coordinating loading/unloading of product onto the vehicles as per prescribed axle weights and load restraint requirements, providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail to clientele and keeping relevant paperwork in order
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will need:
- A valid MR licence as a minimum
- A minimum of 1 year experience
- Forklift Ticket (LF and LO) beneficial not essential
- White card and asbestos awareness is essential
You will also demonstrate a dedication to safety, the environment and customer service excellence and be able to work well in a team environment with a professional manner and presentation
