About the role
The team at Genie Welshpool is seeking a Stock Controller to join the team. You will be responsible for controlling the inward and outward flow of Genie products, as well as maintaining a stock control system that provides accurate information regarding current stock holding and future orders.
Skills and experience
The key responsibilities of this position will include:
- Maintain inwards stock to the branch from the wharf or another Genie facility around Australia.
- Maintain stock level within the branch to ensure the facility has adequate stocked, in accordance to the relevant sales numbers and system for allocations.
- Ensure the Workshop Team has the most up-to-date documentation and Job Cards available.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers on site.
- Conduct administrative tasks as required for the branch.
The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or mechanical environment. The successful candidate will also have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, both internally and externally; good problem solving and communication skills; ability to prioritise deadlines; and strong computer literacy.
