Our client, a Market Leader in Manufacturing, Exporting and Importing Healthcare systems, is currently seeking a strong Administrator with Purchasing experience. This is initially a temporary assignment with full time hours, commencing immediately.

 

Your duties will be but not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls & providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Assisting with follow up for deliveries of goods and orders
  • Invoicing customers
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Processing sales orders
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining good relationships with the suppliers and accounts

 

You will:

  • Have intermediate to advanced MS software skills
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Have experience with MYOB - highly regarded
  • Have the ability to multi task
  • Have clear communication skills
  • Have a current driver's license and reliable vehicle
