Our client, a Market Leader in Manufacturing, Exporting and Importing Healthcare systems, is currently seeking a strong Administrator with Purchasing experience. This is initially a temporary assignment with full time hours, commencing immediately.
Your duties will be but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls & providing an excellent level of customer service
- Assisting with follow up for deliveries of goods and orders
- Invoicing customers
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Processing sales orders
- Data entry
- Maintaining good relationships with the suppliers and accounts
You will:
- Have intermediate to advanced MS software skills
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Have experience with MYOB - highly regarded
- Have the ability to multi task
- Have clear communication skills
- Have a current driver's license and reliable vehicle
