Our Client - Aldi

Located in Prestons, our client is one of the major discount retail outlets and are currently looking for loaders to join their team.

Duties

• Quality checks of products and packaging for despatch
• Load trailers using a ride on pallet jack
• Wrapping, strapping, stacking and palletising
• Stock control
• Use of pallet jack
• Picking orders, basic use of RF scanner preferred
• Receiving and Despatch
• Work in a fast paced environment with safety in mind at all times
• Physical work such as repetitive lifting and carrying (up to 20kg), bending and walking
• Other general duties as requested.

Criteria

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Have a can do attitude
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential
• Palletising of warehouse items (repetitive lifting up to 20kgs)
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Available for Afternoon
• MUST be available weekends
• Have your own car and licence
• Excellent attention to detail, including good reading and writing skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills
