Based in the western suburbs, this leading supplier of flat glass for showerscreens, mirrors, windows and splashbacks requires the services of an experienced Production Manager to join their growing business to undertake a 6-9 month contract.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Production Supervisor to supervise all aspects of production to ensure that Quality and Production targets are met in a safe, efficient and Quality conscious manner ensuring company policies and objectives are maintained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
In this dynamic, challenging and fast paced role your essential duties will include:
- Ensuring the Production lines run efficiently
- Managing machine adjustments
- Managing Machine change overs
- Assisting with the repairs of break downs
- Minimising the waste of all components
- Ensuring products are to specifications
To be successful in this challenging, dynamic and fast paced role, you will possess the following key attributes:
- Previous flat glass production management experience
- Excellent people management skills
- Target driven and focussed
- Sound OH&S standards knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
