We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and intuitive Installation Scheduler / Coordinator to become a pivotal member of our successful team.

On a daily basis you will be required to work closely with our customers, our sub contractors and your operations manager to ensure the successful delivery of our products within the domestic and commercial building industry.

Previous experience in a trade or in the construction industry is highly regarded.

Your role as Installation Scheduler / Coordinator will be to:

- Coordinate and schedule all install activities taking into account product availability, individual subcontractor capabilites, required time to perform the installation, time preferences etc.

- Contact and confirm installation bookings directly with customers ensuring site is ready and all parts that are required are in stock

- Liaise with the sub contractor group on a daily basis including problem solving and resolution.

- Assist the operations manager in daily tasks including product order confirmations, delivery dockets and new orders.

- Ensure that all works are conducted in a safe manner, as per the business OH&S procedures

- Assist in ensuring that all sub contractors have the appropriate licences, public liability, JSA's for the safe installation for the both the domestic and commercial environments.

-Organise and schedule monthly meetings and tool box talks for all installers and sub contractor group

-Process return paperwork including completing jobs in our crm system, collecting payments, invoicing, posting handsets, rescheduling any revisits or rectification works through to completion

-Maintain correct data and up to date notes at all times in each job and in Install Management program 


We require that you have the following competencies:

- Excellent time management, scheduling and organisational skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Strong team player who can also work autonomously

- High level of relationship building skills

- The capacity to manage all phases of a project, from inception to execution and deliver agreed results

- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.

- Ability to learn and retain information including technical and installation specification requirements
