Due to innovation and investment into our commercial Beaurepaires business , we are currently seeking an experienced Scheduler / Service Dispatcher. You will form part of an exciting step forward for our commercial business and contribute to the ongoing success of these projects.

 

Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • To schedule and coordinate fleet checks and tyre repairs for Beaurepaires customers in a safe and cost efficient manner on a daily basis. 
  • Monitor service technician fatigue hours and mass management of service vehicles for every trip.
  • Ensure all GDT safety policies and procedures are adhered throughout the scheduling process. 
  • Manage regular, ad hoc and breakdown repairs and liaise with ISS regarding after hour call outs and ensure follow up processes are completed.
  • Ensure all planned and ad hoc fleet checks and breakdown repairs are completed within agreed customer service parameters defined in the statement of works.
  • Assist in the management of service vehicles, service technicians and customer data to provide accurate and timely customer service, reporting, invoicing of customers and vehicle / equipment maintenance. 

 

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a service scheduling network or workforce planning role in a retail or service environment where customer demands are key. You will also demonstrate the following:

 

  • Experience working with organisations with a large geographical network including rural areas.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling tools & optimised routing.
  • Experience within a fast paced environment.
  • Sound planning, program and project management experience with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Sound financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, Power Point)
  • High level customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to self manage and work autonomously as after hours work may be required.
