Incotec Australia has been operating in Australia for 14 years, based in Carrum Downs – Victoria, is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, career orientated person to operate and ensure our daily production is completed in a timely and professional manner, whilst meeting Incotec ‘s strict quality standards and customer’s expectations.

This is a hands-on role in which you will be involved in all aspects of our seed pelleting and liquid polymer manufacturing operations.

Controlling accurate material selection and monitoring stock levels is a critical prerequisite of the production role.

• Aptitude to operate production machinery
• Seed and/or horticultural industry background or seed pelleting knowledge would be an advantage.
• Any polymer liquid formulation experience or knowledge would be advantageous.
• Overseas travel may be required for training purposes
• Full rights to work in Australia are essential

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
