Transport Allocator
Wymap Group has been providing services to the airfreight, airport and airline industries since 1991. Since our beginning our focus on customer service has seen our Freight Forwarding - Goods Handling operation expand to Australia's leading Airside Resource Company.
The Wymap Group is currently seeking the services of an experienced Allocator to join our operations team.
The focus of the role is around : -
- Dealing with a fleet of 50+ vehicles
- Delivering airfreight services to international blue chip freight forwarding companies
- Customer Service orientated
- Strong safety & compliance focus
Attributes for this role include;
- Demonstrated industry experience in transport, logistics or supply chain operations
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong customer service focus and building effective relationships
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of the Sydney Metropolitan area is desirable
- Well organized and excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of the freight forwarding business desirable
- HC/HR licence desirable
- Must have the ability to work a 4 on 4 off roster
