Our client is now seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their business in Laverton ASAP!

Monday to Friday 2 Rotating Shifts

Day or Afternoon available

Duties will include but are limited too;

• Optimise the utilisation of people, equipment, technology and time, taking into account upstream plans for future shifts, in order to deliver agreed productivity and service levels against the plan.
• Monitor and effectively control all aspects of labour, OH&S & Environment 
• Monitor and continually improve standards of performance and quality within their control during the shift in order to exceed targets.
• Motivate and lead the operations team to achieve a high standard of performance, coaching and mentoring individuals and identify their developmental needs.
• Coordinate and manage all store activities including working with transport sub-contractors, internal functional departments and stores to maintain a high standard of delivery to the customer.
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all time by all employees, contractors and visitors.
• Provide accurate & timely operational reports to senior management and reports for customer’s that meet their requirements
• Communicate all no-compliance items to Warehouse Manager and resolve if possible

In order to be successful for this position, you will have;

• Excellent communication and written skills
• Available ASAP
• 2+years experience working in a similar role
• A current forklift license.
