Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Transport Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for supporting both internal and external customers with all aspects of commercial activities for the Ground Transport business lines, with a core focus on business development for new and existing customers. Specifically, your new role will have a strong focus on cost modelling and solutions design for new road transport business, and working collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to the successful implementation thus delivering outstanding levels of customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this role you will be a road transport expert that is experienced in solution design and cost modelling. You will be degree educated and will have wider consultancy skills that will in turn benefit your delivery of solutions. From a systems perspective, you will have comprehensive knowledge of TMS in addition to advanced MS proficiencies, in particular Excel, therefore enabling you to manage large volumes of data to summarise and interpret. Additionally, you will have an advanced customer service attitude, will possess an ability to influence and negotiate, and will work excellently within a team environment to deliver outstanding levels of service.
