We design, manufacture, supply and install the highest quality kitchens, bathrooms and lifestyle joinery with prompt and reliable customer service nationally. Our product offer consists of joinery, stone bench tops and glass splash backs. 

We are currently seeking someone  to be an integral part of our Victorian Site Customer Service team to work alongside our Victorian Site, Design and Installation Scheduling team members, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely production scheduling for onsite installations.

This role is responsible for scheduling the timely installation of all onsite jobs and maintenances across Victoria to meet expected lead times and set Company KPI's.

This role will report directly to the Victorian State Manager and will suit a person who enjoys communicating with internal and external stakeholders, throughout all levels of the business. Ideal for a mum or someone seeking part time, flexible hours.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensure all scheduled job numbers and customer information is inputted accurately into scheduling software in a timely manner
  • Using ERS (Internal System) to coordinate all scheduled work and ensure maintenances are correctly inputted
  • Ensure faults are properly investigated and provide a report on all investigated causes
  • Confidently and efficiently process customer enquiries effectively
  • Ensure required parts have been drawn and ordered within specified time frames
  • Support Site Coordinators with relevant information regarding installation lead times and investigate any issues the Site Coordinators may have
  • Communicate with other department employees to effectively negotiate lead times
  • Investigate and complete all warranty issues raised by Builders & Customers
  • Monitoring and meeting individual KPI targets

 

The Person

  • Demonstrated ability to write concise and appropriate correspondence via email
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate information, one on one and in small groups with customers, clients and other employees
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Hardworking
  • Motivated
  • Previous experience using ERP systems is advantageous
  • Advanced level of MS Office Suite is a must!

 

Having a strong customer service ethos, you will demonstrate high initiative and problem solving abilities. Your strengths will include your ability to develop good relationships and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
