Your new company
Your new company have dominated niche areas of the Australian Logistics industry for the past decade, and continue to grow from strength to strength. Due to internal movement, they now seek an Accounts and Planning Coordinator to drive DIFOT and optimal customer service levels.
Your new role
Reporting to the company's Planning Manager, your new role is both dynamic and autonomous, with key responsibilities including:
- Plan the daily transport function of a major well known client and major accounts to ensure delivery is completed in accordance with allocated timeslots and account requirements via road and rail
- Input and extract information from the system with 100% accuracy
- Effectively respond to all major client customer enquiries/issues
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure sound ongoing business relationships are maintained
- Problem solve using own initiative, keeping clients updated with progress on transportation issues
- Establish and sustain internal and external customer relationships
- Timely response to issues raised by major clients with courtesy at all times
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Confident verbal and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate including ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
