Who we are?

Ridley Aqua-Feed is a business division of Ridley Corporation and one of the leading aquaculture feed manufacturers in Australia, manufacturing and marketing a complete range of customised high performance feeds for commercially-grown species.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our team in Yamba.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• General Process  - meeting daily production and quality targets

• Maintaining a daily focus on health and safety

• Following all work instructions, policies and procedures

• Forklift and tractor driving, manual and repetitive work

• General cleaning of the workplace

• Ensuring all equipment meets specified standards and is in safe working condition

To be considered for the role you will have:

• Forklift licence (Mandatory)

• Be able to work shifts and overtime (both planned & unplanned)

• Physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks

• Be able to work in a team environment to meet all targets

• Experience in process work and forklift driving is preferred

• Aquaculture experience will be highly regarded (but is not mandatory)

• Basic computer skills

• Mechanical aptitude
