Our client is a leading manufacturer of residential and industrial roller doors and shutters in the Australian market. With operations based in Revesby, they require an experienced Despatch Officer to commence in an ongoing capacity immediately.
Your role as a Despatch Officer will involve:
- Preparing consignment notes
- Labelling outwards products
- Preparing delivery dockets
- Updating in-house systems
- Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift
- Read, comprehend and follow instructions on job ticket
- Maintaining quality during the despatch process
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures
To be successful in the role as a Despatch Worker you will have the following:
- Previous experience working in a despatch role
- Valid NSW LF forklift licence
- Previous experience counterbalance forklift driving
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven reliability
