Australian Paper Recovery Pty Ltd is an environmental specialist processing recyclable materials for recycling locally and overseas. We are looking for a HR Driver who has initiative and good industry experience
Reporting to the Transport and Operations Manager, the position is responsible for maintaining a safe, smooth and efficient run. The office is a driven and energetic environment and the successful applicant will be required to hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities:
- Safe work practices at all times
- equipment and pallet movement and organisation
- loading and unloading trucks
- HR Manuel driving in and around Melbourne Metro, SE Melbourne and West Melbourne
- Maintain customer bookings
- Liaise with outside contractors with excellent communication to ensure smooth exchange of product
- Providing support to the warehouse manager and team, attend to customer queries
Demonstrated abilities:
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders using well developed written and verbal communication skills
- minimum 5 years Driving experience with Hr licence and Road Rangers
- Use of initiative to problem solve and be proactive in resolution of issues
- High attention to detail whilst maintaining quality record keeping and paperwork.
- Sound knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs
- A friendly, 'can do' attitude is a must
- Prioritise and time management essential whilst operating under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience within the transport industry a must and the waste industry would be advantageous.
