Programmed Skilled is a workforce services company. Our people are employed on a casual basis across a wide range of industries.

We are currently looking for highly motivated voice pickers to join our team based in Dandenong. You will be working in a fantastic team environment which offers detailed on the job training.

Your role will involve picking orders using a voice picking system. Hours of work will be starting from 3AM usually up to 4 to 10 hour days, however candidates must be flexible and available on a weekly basis, Sunday to Friday.

Successful applicants will possess the following qualities:

• Strong work ethics - picking KPI targets

• Strong commitment to safety

• Picking experience, preferably voice pick experience

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment

• High level of attention to detail

• Have a strong work history within a similar role would be advantageous

• Flexible with working hours and ability to cross over to other shifts is an advantage

• Have clear communication skills

• Have a fantastic can do attitude
