Additional specific accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Picking, packing and dispatching of all orders of goods for shipping.
• Interpret BOM’s (build of materials) and ensure all parts are picked and/or ordered in a timely fashion.
• Tracking and updating of incoming machine deliveries,
• Receiving, receipting and storing stock in a safe manner..
• Immediate notification to Manager of stock discrepancies and/or issues requiring urgent attention.
• Liaise with suppliers on purchasing practices and follow up of outstanding orders.
• Running back-order reports daily (or when required).
• Answering and returning customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Providing a superior level of internal and external customer service at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications and Experience

• · 4+ years’ experience in Warehouse activities.
• · Motor vehicle license.
• · Fork lift license.
• · Truck License (HR/MR/MC).
