Our client is a leading automotive company with a global presence. They currently require a Logistics Coordinator to join their National Parts and Accessories Team for a 6-month contract. The Logistics Coordinator will be primarily responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all national parts and accessories which includes sales, business development, procurement, supplier management, dealer support and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implements and reviews agreed processes and procedures in order to achieve NPAD operational objectives
• Ability to develop and implement control systems, processes and procedures to increase efficiency
• Ability to analyse logistics data to improve freight and transportation operations
• Support continuous improvement activities and recommends countermeasures where required to increase dealer and guest satisfaction
• Manage the daily operations and interactions with key suppliers
• Minimise risk exposure and liability by keeping compliant with regulations

Key Skills & Expertise Required:

• Accumulative experience in franchise development preferred
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of reporting and data analysis
• Understanding of the automotive industry and dealer networks is desirable

Key Qualifications needed for the role:

• Degree qualification in business, commerce, or equivalent experience
