Our client is a successful family-owned business operating across 7 branches nationally, providing a range of inspirational home improvement products to the residential market. Using only the best quality products backed by exceptional installation and service our client has continued to grow and prosper.
About The OpportunityThey are now looking for a Service & Installation Coordinator to join their company in Minchinbury NSW, with the potential to earn $50,000 - $60,000 per annum + Super | Negotiable Based on Experience.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling the installation of blinds and other home improvement products
- Taking service and customer enquiry calls and allocating materials and or resources for rectification
- Assist with stock control ordering and warehouse resource allocations
- Database maintenance for all after sales contracts and assist with the cost of goods reporting
- Recruit, train and manage a team of 5-6 installers and assist in unloading blinds if required
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience scheduling installations and liaising with tradespeople (desirable)
- A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
This position would suit a motivated individual with strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
