Jolly & Sons Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated Company since 1963. We are industry leaders in Transport & Logistics located in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our operational requirements by:

• Supervising loading/ unloading of trailers, 
• Ensuring all associated paperwork is completed prior to Local or Line Haul departures
• Ensuring that Line Haul fleet leave on time to meet our destination deadlines
• Organising pickups and deliveries for incoming and outgoing freight.
• Having a safety and customer satisfaction focus at all times

Reporting to the Branch Manager - Darwin you will ideally have the following:

• Current HC or MC licence
• Current forklift licence
• Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office applications)
• Effective communication and supervision skills
• Understanding of operational performance information
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Road Transport, Fatigue Management, Chain of Responsibility, Load Restraint & Dangerous Goods requirements
• Highly experienced with time management and organisation of others
• High attention to detail
• Strong customer service ethic
• Previous experience in a similar position

The successful candidates may be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening and medical prior to an offer of employment being made.
