This role will see you responsible for the execution of freight movements for import airfreight and seafreight shipments from receipt of order through to invoicing while working closely with overseas partners and customers, ensuring ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction to all clients through effective and efficient responses to enquiries, issues and concerns.
You will be a confident team player, with a willingness to learn and develop new industry skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders is a must. Great attention to detail and positive work attitude are also essential to succeed in this fast paced, exciting environment.
