Our client, a boutique milk, yogurt and butter Manufacturer located in Melbourne's CBD require a Production Operator to join their team on a contract basis with view to go permanent.

With an existing small team we are seeking for someone who has the passion to become an important part of this high end business as it continues to grow rapidly.

We are looking for people with a genuine passion for food and creating beautiful artisan products.

The successful candidate will be a fit and motivated individual and ideally have demonstrated experience in a food/dairy manufacturing environment.

Key attributes include high attention to detail, reliability, literacy and numeracy skills, an underpinning knowledge of personal and food hygiene and a personable nature that can easily participate in customer service as required.

The small and boutique nature of the business means that a good level of physical strength is required due to the manual nature of the work, with the ability to lift 20kg milk crates repetitively.

An attractive hourly rate is on offer for the right candidate.
Location is easily accessible by public transport.

The opportunity of a future Full-time position will also be given to the correct people.
