Stone fabrication business in Sunshine North is seeking an experienced CNC machine operator to join our team. The opportunity exists for a suitable machine operator to undertake responsibility for the operation of the workshop machinery on a daily basis whilst supporting our team of fabricators.

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Competent operation of CNC machines and workshop machinery
2. Effective coordination with other team members to assist with the smooth transitioning of job fabrication processes
3. Adherence to all OH&S legislation and requirements
4. Maintaining the highest standard of quality control

The following is required to be successful:

1. Must be self motivated, reliable and well organised. The ability to operate multiple machines at the same time and to work unsupervised is critical.
2. Must have good communication skills, and have the ability to develop effective working relationships.
3. Experience using CNC machinery including CAD software and workshop machinery is essential. Candidates with knowledge and experience gained from within the cabinet making industry would be highly sought after.
4. Current drivers license.
5. First Aid Certificate is not essential but would be an advantage.
