About the role
Due to increased business activity, we require an additional full-time Store Person at our warehouse in Croydon.
The person we need
Attitude is the basis for all success, if you have a can-do attitude, can communicate effectively, and enjoy working as part of a motivated team that thrives on success then this is the role for you!
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Minimum 2-year previous experience in a retail warehouse environment
- LF Forklift Licence
- Car licence
- Hours : 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Heavy lifting involved some products weigh up to 20Kg
- Good health and strength
- Computer Literate – booking freight, printing labels etc
- A high level of accuracy a must in order to accurately count and check incoming and outgoing goods/orders
- To be active, always on your feet and ready
- An ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
Duties and responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Accurate Picking and Packing
- Use of a pallet wrapper
- Stock control
- Restocking Shelves
