Our client, a leader in manufacturing and recycling is looking for someone to join their day shift team. Sounds like you? if so, read on....
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and recycling manufactures products including Milk/Dairy bottles, PET Jars, Industrial Containers and closures, in various technologies (Extrusion Blow Moulding, Single Stage Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding). They are looking for an individual to join the Quality Team as a Night Quality Control Operator.
Main duties include:
- Product testing and data entry (computer and manual records).
- Quarantine of non-conforming products and re-testing (where applicable) of quarantined stock.
- Communicating non-conforming results to appropriate Team Leaders and Quality Manager.
- Day Shift Available
Details for the role:
- Level 2 Packer / Operator with Quality focus.
- Day Shift with possibility of overtime
- Weekly pay cycle + annual leave and sick leave.
Must be available during Day and/or Afternoon shift for training.

Level 2: Packer/Operator experience. An employee who possesses the capabilities of a General Hand / Packer and has been assessed as competent to perform and undertakes, as a minimum, but is not limited to the following:
- Is responsible for the quality of their own work subject to routine supervision.
- Works under routine supervision either individually or in a team environment.
- Exercises discretion within their level of training.
- Assists in the provision of on the job training to other employees.
- Performs basic operation of plant and equipment.
Essential Skills:
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Must be able to work independently - Production Team Leaders on-site, however, Quality Manager on-site for Day/Afternoon shift.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience/Knowledge in Blow and Injection Moulding
- Understanding in product testing & quality investigation.
