Right now we are searching for an amazing new "Team Leader" that we can quickly develop into a more senior position within our operations department overseeing both Melbourne and Sydney.
Currently the role includes taking care of warehousing, quality stock preparation and control, incoming / outgoing deliveries, staff rostering, OH&S practices and logistics.
In addition, and most importantly you will also be responsible for coordinating and managing impressive on site event set ups and organized event bump outs for our gala events and celebrations.
You will lead up to 15 staff on site but always be working hands on alongside them as your team. You must always thrive on getting things done, work efficiently, effectively and have brilliant organizational skills and common sense.
We require an individual with vision and passion, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure absolute excellence at all times. We would also appreciate your sense of pride in everything you do which would be seen by the way you respect and take care of our exclusive products.
Previous or similar experience within the industry is an advantage but a hardworking, ambitious and committed work ethic is equally as important.
For this role a full driver’s license is a must.
