About the Role
Make the next move in your career, take your skill to the next level in this newly created role where you will be accountable for overseeing the daily activities of Imports/Exports. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work collaboratively toward the same goals that are pivotal to the successful running of the company.   
  
 
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Clearance of Express Airfreight Imports 
  • Tracking and reporting of Airfreight Exports 
  • Scheduling collections and deliveries
  • Preparing and processing import / export documentation
  • Packing preparation for Domestic and International shipments 
  • Courier Driver route planning  
To be successful for this role you must have the following: 
  • 2 years proven experience of import/export
  • Experience in scheduling, preparation & documenting import and export items
  • Knowledge of Sydney area with good general geographical sense
  • Exemplary verbal communication and phone manner essential that you have a strong command of written and verbal English
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer competency
