We’re representing an exciting new business that commenced operations just over a year ago. This significant privately-owned company has a deep and rich history in its key sectors including food manufacturing, packaging and brands. It’s a history that dates back over 100 years. The company manufactures high quality, specialised food and beverages in both long life and chilled formats for both the Australian and International markets. As such the company operates large new, custom made facilities in the western suburbs of Melbourne. The market and the company itself are experiencing significant growth fueled by strong consumer demand.
To support these production demands, the facility operates 24 x 7 with a rotating shift which therefore requires 4 shift supervisors. Presently there are multiple leadership opportunities available to complement the existing operations team. We therefore invite expressions of interest from well credentialed supervisors to lead, support and motivate a large team of operators across all production lines. As an exciting new business, its own unique and energetic culture is being developed and with the significant growth potential, there is also great scope for future advancement.
Sounding pretty good? Well it should! We’d love you to have the initiative and drive to succeed with the customer service ethos that ensures both customer and operational KPIs are always met. If you pride yourself on good technical problem-solving skills and strong people management with a hands-on approach, then you are likely to be a good fit. Experience within an aseptic processing environment will be well regarded, particularly dairy, pharmaceutical or similar sector.
