The Employer

Our client design and manufacture state of the art video equipment for the broadcast and post production industry. Their innovative products are known worldwide for their quality and reliability.

They have won a major government project and we are looking for experienced Electronics Assemblers, to join their production team based in Upper North Shore near Chatswood.
 
Main duties will include:

• Soldering experience a must, with various soldering tools
• Micro-soldering experience  a MUST
• Assembling products using hand and power tools
• Packing and dispatch of goods
• Some lifting will be required as part of the job function
• You'll be handling highly sensitive products, so your delicate hands will be needed
• Basic computer skills needed to enter data

 
You must have the following to be successful:

• Proven electronics soldering / de-soldering experience.  This will need to be demonstrated at interview stage
• Working knowledge of IPC-A610 and J-STD-001 standards would be ideal
• Previous experience working within an electronics sector
• Able to read drawings and follow instructions a must
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Able to commit to the Hours: 6am – 2pm Monday – Friday

Must be able to Pass a Soldering and Dexterity Test prior to offer.
