This is your opportunity to work for a preferred supplier of steel fixings for masonry and concrete construction with locations across multiple countries. 
 
Due to business growth, a new role has been created for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who will be looking after inventory and stock movement across their Victorian customer base.

Experience dealing with steel or steel products will be HIGHLY regarded.

Reporting to the National Inventory Manager your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Drive continuous improvements
• Lead your team by example displaying safe work practices
• Work alongside and motivate a small team on the floor
• Assist your team with forklift driving, pick pack, receiving or dispatch
• Complete all incoming/outgoing paperwork ensuring compliance
• Collaborate between various departments to improve efficiencies
• Process credits or returns quickly and maintain customer relationships
• Quality checking of all products entering and exiting the warehouse
• Ensure all stock is correctly identified, pick and packed, wrapped and labelled

• High attention to details and accuracy
• Motivation and a hands-on leadership approach
• Competent high reach and counterbalance skills
• Best practice attitude towards safety and compliance  
• Proven ability to multitask and meet organisational deadlines
• Thrive under pressure and be highly adaptable to change

An attractive hourly rate PLUS overtime will be offered to the right applicant. Previous experience with team management is highly advantageous as will your operational skills within warehousing.
