Unitrans Asia Pacific is the largest bulky retail 3PL service provider in Australia. With over 30 years of servicing retail store’s. Unitrans have a great reputation both nationally and in the local area. Located in Kings Park Sydney, we specialise in providing supply chain solutions ranging from 2-man delivery services which nationally cover commercial and domestic and into store movements.

We are looking for a casual, experienced MR Owner driver and offsider to work 3-5days per week. Saturday work maybe required.

You will be completing all tasks and duties required for driving around the local area, as well as some long-distance jobs.

Tasks and duties will include:

• Carrying out routine vehicle checks
• Loading Bulky goods onto the truck
• Making sure that the load is correctly placed and is secure
• Completing home deliveries to the end customer
• Providing great customer service that includes manner, perception and image
• Professionally communicate with the Distribution Centre and customers

To successfully secure this opportunity, you must:

• 5 years of proven Customer service
• 3 years of driving experience
• Hold MR licence
• Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
• Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Capable of working within a team.
• Be prepared to complete approx. 15 deliveries per day

Ideally, this position would suit someone from Western Sydney, some long-distance driving may be required, so experience in this area is desirable. Knowledge of Chain of responsibility is required. To be Successful candidates will have police and reference checks performed. For the right candidate this casual opportunity will most certainly become a full time placement.
