Beef Producers Australia is one of Australia’s largest Meat Distribution Companies and part of NH Foods Australia. We seek an enthusiastic trainee butcher minimum 2 years experience based in South Strathfield. The role will involve carton meat sales and administrative support. The role will also offer the candidate with an understanding of the refrigerated carton meat business operations and functions.
You will:
- Learn carton meat sales
- Provide general office support
- Complete Ordering and Data Entry
- Provide meat sales support
- Liaise with Head Office staff
- Complete other duties as reasonably directed within the limits of your skills and experience
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Butcher
- Ideally possess experience working in the meat industry
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and a good team player
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Must have own transport/driver’s license
