- 4 Days on (nights) - 3 Days off - Permanent positions.

Our client is a national manufacturer and supplier of woven conveyor belts for the mining industry and other industrially engineered conveying solutions. At this time the company is looking to expand it's manufacturing capability to include an extra night shift at their Revesby based facility.
On offer is a 4 day a week (38 hour total) night shift that will provide you with great earnings and a work / lifestyle balance courtesy of a 3 day weekend - every week.
Your core duties and responsibilities will include:
- Operation of industrial textile machines and other key machinery.
- Basic troubleshooting and rectifying of minor breakdowns.
- Regular inspection of the operating machines and documentation of results.
- Ongoing quality checks to ensure high quality of the end product.
- Complete production records and reports
The successful candidates should be able to demonstrate most or all of the following selection criteria:
- 3+ years’ experience working as a Machine Operator within a Heavy Industrial Manufacturing environment.
- You are safety conscious and maintain a tidy work space.
- Strong oral and written skills.
- Capable of identifying and rectifying minor breakdown issues..
- A Forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience with similar machinery or textile industry experience would be highly regarded.
