Victorian Temporary Fencing is an Industry Leader in the hire of Temporary Fencing to the construction, domestic, commercial and event industries.

The role of  the Hire/Operations Coordinator has the following key responsibilities:

• Ensuring OHS policy and Procedure is observed at all times
• Delivering outstanding service to customers.
• Supervision of all driver and installation personnel 
• Supervision of all Yard Operations
• Coordination and supervision of all deliveries, installation, and off-hire of fencing hire products
• Maintaining a neat and tidy work environment at all times
• Ensuring effectiveness and accuracy of the administration function

The person we seek will have the following attributes:

• Ability to organise and schedule delivery and pickup of hire items  
• Possess a current  Drivers Licence
• Experience in a similar position in the hire industry in Australia
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• The ability to multi-task is essential
• Possess a real “can do” attitude
• Have excellent administration skills
• Have a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• High levels of enthusiasm
• Enjoys working within a team environment
