ABOUT THE ROLE
Working within the operations team, this role calls for an Import Airfreight operator with previous experience in a similar role with in International Freight Forwarding Express Courier Industry. Edi Cargowise is preferred but not essential. 

DUTIES

• Job Registrations
• Bookings
• Generating all relevant documents
• Issuing AWB's
• Invoicing
• Manifest reporting
• Providing your clients with relevant, tailored customer service
• Quoting
• Maintaining strong local knowledge of competitors and Suppliers activities
• Enjoying your work!

 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Understanding of all facets of International Freight
• Min. 1 - 3 years' experience in Airfreight Imports / Exports
• Experience working with EDI Cargowise.
• Willingness to learn and be flexible in your daily job role
• Demonstrated leadership and organisational skills
• High level customer service skills
