Your new role
As a Packaging Process Operator you will report to the Packaging Manager and be part of a team that works across a highly automated plant. This is a high speed, automated packing line that is operated through touch screen so your technical aptitude is key. Operators need to be alert and resolve faults quickly with a focus on continuous improvement. In addition you will be tasked with the cleaning of plant and equipment. All product quality must be at 100% and you will complete rigourous quality control testing.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience within an automated, high speed manufacturing environment is essential and mechanical aptitude is desired. Due to the touch screen function of the machinery you will be computer literate and comfortable in picking up new systems, this coupled with your ability to learn new skills will be paramount to your success.
