What we are looking for?

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under ‘Your key responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Demonstrated previous experience in the management of small warehouse and distribution activities.
• High level of management, leadership and organisational skills that will build a strong working partnership with a range of clients within a complex organisational environment.
• Successful previous working experience in managing a cost centre and budget compliance that can deliver a range of services that includes a quality and improvement culture.
• Development and delivery of responsive solutions in a client focussed, complex environment.
• Recognised commercial success in the provision of supply chain services.
• Demonstrated high level of communication in a challenging high volume supply environment.
• Commercial experience at a senior level within a similar type of service provision.
• High level skill in the management of human resources and work flow design.
• Thorough understanding and experience of compliance/legislation.
• Demonstrated ability or capacity to rapidly acquire knowledge and/or expertise within a large, complex service delivery environment.
• High level ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and be able to take a positive approach to working with industry and government partners.
