The Role:
Our wheat division, Harley Milling is seeking applications from self-motivated and enthusiastic people to join its operations based at Windsor Gardens. Successful candidates will be training in the daily operation of a semolina mill, they will also undertake an accredited flour milling course and train in all aspects of:
- Wheat storage/segregation.
- Semolina milling.
- Hygiene.
Successful candidates will work in a highly automated environment equipped with modern milling machinery. You will also be required to perform rotational shift work (day/afternoon/night) and operate within small teams. This is an opportunity to join a progressive and innovative South Australian company.
The following qualities would be an advantage:
- Grain industry background.
- Food processing hygiene principles.
- Shift work experience.
- Forklift licence.
