Ice Cream Maker
Van Diemens Land Creamery is a leading manufacturer of high quality ice cream in Tasmania.
We are looking for a full-time ice cream maker to manage the production of our premium ice cream and gelato.
This will involve at times the opportunity for product development & creativity with our range of flavours.
Training will be available for the right candidate.
The role will involve:
- Following SOP's and production processes.
- Food safety & quality control.
- Record-keeping.
- Stock dispatch and inventory management.
Application advantages:

- Experience with food safety programs/FSANZ.
