We currently looking for a 3PL Admin Supervisor

The position details are below:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all Ligentia Australia Work Place Health/ Safety and Security policies and procedures
• Report any WHS/Security risks or hazards to management staff immediately
• Participate in all toolbox, safety, site or other meetings as required
• Supervise and mentor a junior admin staff member
• Supervise a portfolio of Ligentia customers (work streams into, through and out from the warehouse facility)
  • This includes multi-daily calls/emails with all Ligentia 3PL customers serviced from Brisbane facility; regards their pick orders, stock inquiries, SOH and activity status requests
  • This includes multi-daily monitoring of Ligentia 3PL customers work schedules entrusted to interstate 3PL partners in Newcastle, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth
• Communicate with Ligentia 3PL and road transport customers regarding orders in transit from warehouses (3PL and 4PL) to end customer delivery sites
• Complete transport bookings for customer orders with Ligentia sub-contracted road transport providers, or with customers nominated transport providers
• Monitor orders in transit and as escalation point with our nominated road transport sub-contractors
• Prepare and issue final invoices to customers for 3PL warehousing and road transport transactions in accordance with customer SOP’s
• Provide service excellence to customers to ensure all customer requirements are met
• Prepare job registrations for non-EDI 3PL warehousing customers: schedule and promote same into the warehouse’s operations scheduler
• Liaise with road transport providers regarding their invoices and/or SOA’s, i.e. job level cost checks against quoted rates, checking SOA’s for accuracy, entering costs and sell rates into system and approval to A/P team
• Follow all reasonable operational instructions from management personnel
• Provide best transport options subject to budget and operational requirements
• Monitor and/or prepare quotes to customers for specific/adhoc road transport price requests
• Negotiate with road transport service providers for pricing (full trailers, pallets and express road consignments)
• Maintain costs and sells within TMS system
• Monitor POD’s from road transport providers, and ensure visibility flow through WMS, TMS (or via email &/or telephone calls) to customers
• Additional responsibilities and duties as delegated

To be successful in this role you MUST possess the following and be able to demonstrate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 3PL warehouse or similar environment in Australia
• Completion of a Certificate IV in Warehousing or Logistics is desirable from a specialist warehousing/logistics/supply chain RTO. (Process of completing this qualification would also be acceptable)
• Your WMS Systems literacy
• Ability to lead by example – hands-on role
• A commitment to ongoing QHSE compliance and continuous improvement
• Customer service orientated
• Team Player with good leadership skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Comfortable under pressure
• Develop a proactive approach to completion of daily operations that encourages teamwork, cooperation and positive communication
• Be available to work 7:00am - 3.30pm
