If you are experienced Logistics Coordinator and looking for a secure future, this is a perfect opportunity for you. As a result of extreme organisational growth, Hawk-Eye Innovations are looking for a proactive, adaptable person to take on this fast-paced, diverse role within our unique company environment. The role will primarily support day to day operations with some involvement in other departments.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with the Logistics Team to arrange travel and accommodation for sporting projects all over the world
- Communicating and overseeing work with Project Leads and Operation Managers to support Hawk-Eye’s role at different sporting events
- Support operators with obtaining visas where necessary
- Assist with freighting our kits around the world
- Seek ways to improve our efficiency across the business by exploring new relationships with suppliers, analysing project data, refining our policies and procedures, etc.
Skills and Experiences Requirements:
- Excellent communication and administration skills performed with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to perform tasks under pressure and balance many tasks simultaneously
- Friendly, approachable attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Desire to learn and grow with Hawk-Eye, and motivation to get stuck in with new projects
- Flexibility and adaptability – the responsibilities and priorities for this role change on a weekly or sometimes daily basis
