Who we are:
Rosebrook Sand & Gravel (RSG) is a family owned business with three quarries located in the Hunter Valley, NSW Australia.
RSG is known for its Red River Gravel and the high quality of materials supplied and delivered to the landscaping and construction industries over the past 35 years.
Our quarries are located in Denman NSW with head office located in the Maitland CBD.
Due to recent expansion, we currently require a driver to join our team.
About the role:
We are currently seeking a reliable, adaptable, and experienced person with a HC or MC Truck licence to join our company. In this role you will be responsible for carting various materials from our three quarries located in the upper hunter to our customers.
Your duties and responsibilities as a HC Truck & Dog Driver will include:
- Delivery of various materials, which includes responsibility for compliance with axle weight tolerances.
- Ensuring customers and the general public are treated in a courteous and professional manner.
- Vehicle to be presented clean and tidy this includes: washing the truck regularly.
- Conducting daily checks on the vehicle and reporting maintenance required.
- Ability to complete documentation associated with collection and delivery of various products to service our customer's needs.
To be considered for a position as a Truck & Dog Driver you must possess the following:
- Heavy combination (HC) or Multi combination (MC) Truck licence.
- OH&S induction for construction industry. (White Card)
- Heavy Vehicle experience. (Truck & Dog work)
- Good Driving Record. – RMS Print out
- Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations.
- A flexible attitude towards varied start and finish times is a must.
- Ability to pass random drug & alcohol tests.
- BFM Accreditation (Highly desirable however not essential).
