• 6 Month F/T Contract | Possible option to go Permanent
• Manage logistics providers and inventory.
• Coordinate & optimise processes to create efficiency.

• Monday could see managing inventory, helping out in the warehouse & liaising with international & domestic freight companies to coordinate deliveries.
• Tuesday; receiving, documenting and dispatching stock, arranging all Freight purchase orders (Domestic, International and Maintenance) whilst ensuring you comply with relevant Freight requirements
• Wednesday; assisting the Maintenance department with data entry in the morning & in the afternoon, preparing all goods for shipping including packing, labelling, product dimensions and weights, as well as all associated paperwork.
• Thursday; Update and manage freight folders & look at ways to optimise processes & procedures in your department to create efficiencies.
• Friday; packing & labelling boxes at the depot & physically handing heavy stock.

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Inventory Administration or at an Import/Export company
• Must be physically fit & able to lift heavy loads and willingness to handle inventory (within WHS limits)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office proficiencies, particularly Excel
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and evolving environment with multiple deadlines as required
• Demonstrated initiative and proactiveness and desire to contribute to delivering exceptional customer service

• Open Drivers License (Essential)
• Forklift Licence (Preferred)
