Ullrich Aluminium is a 100% Australasian-owned leader in the manufacture and distribution of Aluminium extrusions, rolled products and fabricated Aluminium items.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an individual to take up the full-time role of Storeman.  Attention to detail is paramount in this role when ensuring the right quantity of product/invoice is loaded and delivered.

 Some of the responsibilities of this role will include:

• Picking & packing orders
• Hand unloads of truck
• Lifting up to 20kg
• Receiving & shipping stock
• Checking stock levels & backorders
• Forklift driver daily checks
• Other duties including warehouse & logistics, operational duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

• Hold a current forklift licence.
• Holding a MR licence would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Sound computer skills.
• Must be physically fit to perform manual lifting.
• Ability to, organise, prioritise and successfully complete daily tasks.
• Good attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated.
• Comply with personal protective equipment requirements and other safe working practices.
• Well presented with a professional, confident and friendly image.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to change.

The successful applicant will also be required to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening before commencing employment.
