Purchasing officer job available immediately for 6 months in the Sydney South Western area.
Your new company
Your new company is a rental company based in South Western Sydney.
Your new role
In your new position you will be responsible for raising purchase orders in alignment with the purchasing procedures. You will be liaising with relevant stakeholders to understand purchase requests and confirm details regarding delivery, location and dates. You will also need to accurately prepare and maintain records in the purchasing system.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you will need to have previous purchasing experience along with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will also need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment as there are high volumes of transactions.
