Hi-Reach Rentals are a market leader in the Hire Industry dealing with EWP's, Boomlifts, Scaffolding, Mast Climbers & Swing Stages. We have been in operation since 1997 with offices and yards in the Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast Areas.

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team based at our Brisbane office. If you are self-starting, have a strong customer focus, prepared to take ownership, show initiative, can work under pressure and a problem solver we have a great opportunity for you.

You must be a reliable and hardworking individual that enjoys working as part of a team, providing service to customers, with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise.

There is comprehensive on the job training, suppport provided.

Essential Job Functions but not limited:

  • Answering of incoming calls, directing calls to other staff if required
  • Co-Ordinate, arrange & monitor all incoming and outgoing equipment ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Data entry of hire contracts ensuring all information is entered into the systems
  • Invoicing customers for hire of equipment
  • Processing and data entry of customer payment
  • Office Support to our Sales Team
  • Raising of purchase orders for the logistic movements and or hire of equipment from external suppliers / sub-contractors
  • Checking stock availability each day and liaison with the workshop supervisor on machines that maybe required ready for hire
  • Checking, updating and monitoring various excel spreadsheets in relation to equipment
  • Complete regular administration tasks

Requirements

  • Be able to show past experience in similar role
  • Excellent Organisational / Time Management Skills
  • Eye for Detail
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Strong Data Entry Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday Inclusive

  • Duty of Care to the ongoing Workplace Health & Safety to yourself, your co-workers and visitors coming onto the premises of Hi-Reach Rentals Australia Pty Ltd property
