Main responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and maintain positive relationships with key accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client enquiries
  • Adhere to exceptional company standards of service
  • Report monthly to the sales and management team
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with key external stakeholders
 
Essential Criteria:
  • Solid previous experience in a similar Customer Service role
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills

  • Supply Chain and Logistics industry experience
